With over two decades of hands-on supply chain and quality management experience, Shawn Austin has managed complex global supply chains across the semiconductor equipment, electronics, and advanced manufacturing sectors. His career has spanned supplier development, procurement strategy, quality systems implementation, and operational excellence.

During his tenure at LAM Research — one of the world's leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers — Shawn oversaw vendor qualification, supplier compliance, purchase order management, and cost optimization for critical production components. He developed deep expertise in navigating the complex requirements that LAM places on its supply base.

Shawn founded Austin Supply Chain Consulting to bring that same level of precision and insider knowledge to companies navigating the demanding requirements of high-tech manufacturing. His philosophy is simple: embed directly, deliver immediately, and build lasting capability within client teams.
